I thought this store is really orderly and clean, and I always found what I needed there. If you can't find something, the staff will assist you in finding it. Additionally, they have excellent collections for your backyard and fantastic skeletons for Halloween! I adored it! I appreciate your excellent services, gentlemen!
Hours are listed open until 10pm. Spent 30 minutes looking for solder and couldn’t find a single person to help, but they had no problem sending someone my way at 9:01pm telling me they are closed. Never even asked me if he could help, just pushed me to the register. Told me their hours changed ‘because of daylight saving time’. What in the hell does daylight saving time have to do with hours of operation? Back to Home Depot from now on.
Clean and helpful. I like this Lowe's a lot. We especially like the garden center here and always visit it on any trip here. This is closest to us but the Lowes in Cary has a design center that helped us plan our kitchen where we bought our cabinets and surfaces.
I wanted to give a shout out to Sarah from the Lawn & Garden Center and everyone who helped my husband and I the night of 5/4/2023, She went above and beyond to find flower pots for us, that were not all located on the shelf as well as the plants and design for our front porch, the colors are Amazing! And then Sarah helped us load our vehicle as well. Also thank you to Anna at the front register for helping us load everything into our truck on our way out! Unfortunately when I went to put in for the store survey to make sure they receive credit for a job well done, it had already expired. Thank you and Keep up the great work!
Joe from the gardening section is amazing!! He was so helpful and spent a lot of time answering my questions and helping me gather what I needed for my gardening project. All while also helping other people as well!! Miracle worker to say the least. If this is the standard that comes from a Lowe’s employee, I will never shop at home depot again! Thank you so much Joe! So excited to see what my garden brings!
Bought a Samsung refrigerator. Was told they deliver, remove old refrigerator, install new one and recycle old one. Delivery personnel left new refrigerator in my yard and refused the installation process. Said they only have 15 min per delivery. Since the doors of both refrigerators had to be removed to install new refrigerator they left. I am 67 years old and handicapped which made it very difficult to do the installation process myself but had to because I had food thawing. I would not recommend Lowe's of Holly Springs. I will never purchase anything further from Lowe's. I was offered a 25 dollar gift card for the situation Lowe's put me in. It cost me 250 dollars to have someone else install refrigerator. Lowe's management team is not any better than Lowe's delivery team.
We had a great experience ordering new carpet from Lowes. Drew and Emma at the Holly Springs location were excellent. They went to bat for us getting the install exactly when we needed it. Great customer service. We love the carpet, and the installation process with Legacy and Jose and his team was very professional! Would highly recommend!
This Lowes store is always clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. A lot of them are Veterans so I'm not surprised why this store appears to we run so well especially the garden center. Their garden center is the best I've ever seen and I've shopped Lowes in multiple states for decades!
